Refund policy

At D’Gentledog Grooming, we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns
        •       You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
        •       The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
        •       Returns are not accepted for used products due to hygiene reasons.
        •       Returns are not accepted for scissors or tools that show drops, impacts, or signs of misuse.

Factory Defects or Shipping Damage
        •       If the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the replacement or return at no cost.
        •       The customer must notify us with photos within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Scissors
        •       If scissors arrive brand new and dull from the factory, they will be replaced or refunded within the first 5 business days.
        •       Normal wear of the blades, lack of maintenance, drops, or impacts are not covered.

Refunds
        •       Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.


Shipping Costs
        •       If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover shipping costs.
        •       If the return is due to the customer’s decision (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty
        •       All products are covered against manufacturing defects.
        •       The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, drops, or lack of maintenance.
